The Bridge oversees the only student inclusion center on campus, DEI student programming, Affinity Groups and the Cascades Leadership Institute.
Guiding Framework
BRIDGING calls on us to imagine a larger, more inclusive "WE". Bridging does not mean abandoning your identity, it means acknowledging our shared humanity, rejecting that there is a "them", and moving towards a future where there is instead a new "us".
Mission Statement
The Bridge is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging by creating an inclusive space where students are empowered to engage in allyship, advocacy, and social justice leadership. Through our student inclusion center, student programming, and community connections, we aim to equip students with the tools and support they need to become compassionate leaders who champion diversity, equity, and inclusion for all.

We imagine a university community where equity is practiced daily, students advocate for themselves and others, and justice-centered leadership reflects the diversity of our campus and world.
