Transcripts - Current and Former Students

Transcripts Between OSU-Cascades and COCC

Central Oregon Community College (COCC) sends transcripts for all OSU-Cascades students to OSU-Cascades Enrollment Services at the end of each term. This process is automatic and there is no charge to the students. If you receive an Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer (AAOT) or grade change at a later date you will be responsible for requesting COCC to send OSU-Cascades an updated transcript. You should go to Boyle Education Center to request the transcript to avoid a fee.

  • Request electronic delivery of your official transcript.
  • Request transcript notarization and apostille.

Official Transcript Delivery Methods and Fees

PDF eTranscript: No additional fee.

Paper Transcript, Mailed: $10 fee (includes USPS standard shipping).

Paper Transcript, Picked-Up: $10 fee.

Third Party Order, PDF e-Transcript: $20 fee.

Expedited Shipping Options:

  • USPS International Shipping: $5.25
  • FedEx Domestic Overnight: $30.00
  • FedEx International: $55.00

Ordering Official Transcripts

For release of your transcript, your student account must be current with no past due balances. Transcript orders will not be released if you have a financial hold on your student account. If you have questions about your account balance please contact Student Accounts at (541) 737-3775 or you can use their Contact Us Form online to send them an email.

Current students

  1. Log into Beaver Hub.
  2. Once you have successfully logged in, select the Academics tab.
  3. In the Academics, select Academic Resources. You may have to click on "View more academic resources."
  4. Click on the Order Official Transcript link.
  5. Click on Access the Transcript Ordering Site link. If this is your first time logging in, confirm your contact information.
  6. Follow the on screen prompts to order your official transcript(s):
  • Select Destination Type (organization or school, yourself, or another individual)
  • Select Product Type (PDF eTranscript, paper mailed. Paper pick-up services are suspended because our office is closed to visitors.)
  • Enter Order Details and Payment Information
  • Review, Confirm, and Submit Your Order
  • A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you

Former students

  1. Start at the Transcript Ordering site.
  2. Create an account or log in as a returning user. This does not require that you use or recall your OSU log-in credentials.
  3. Follow the on screen prompts to order your official transcript(s):
  • Select Destination Type (organization or school, yourself, or another individual)
  • Select Product Type: PDF eTranscript or paper mailed. If you attended OSU prior to 1991 you must select a paper mailed transcript. (Paper pick-up services are suspended because our office is closed to visitors.)
  • Enter Order Details and Payment Information
  • Review, Confirm, and Submit Your Order
  • A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you

Third Party Requests

Third Party Transcript Requests: Colleges, universities, or businesses who are requesting official transcripts on behalf of a student must upload a records release signed by the student (electronic signatures are not accepted) as a part of the order. You’ll be asked to enter the student's:

  • name
  • previous names
  • dates of attendance
  • date of birth
  • last 4 digits of their SSN

Third parties cannot receive transcripts via fax or mail.
