Parking Permit

Resident students may purchase a winter term parking permit valid January 1 through March 23, 2018 for $80. OSU-Cascades will evaluate the ability to offer this permit each term, based on parking demand and capacity. 

If you choose to purchase this permit, please follow these instructions:

  1. Register your vehicle Online and/or login to your parking account at
  2. Click “my invoices” along the top horizontal menu
  3. Click the icon in the left-most column of the unpaid invoice table to “pay invoice”
  4. The invoice will total $80. Click “pay” to go to a secure payment site operated by Touchnet.
  5. Input information for a one-time transaction, click “Continue” and confirm.

Free Parking

Students that do not pay for parking are encouraged to park in the free residential parking lot at 1000 SW Bradbury Way. Parking overnight on city streets adjacent to campus is discouraged to maintain spaces for use by patrons of adjacent businesses. 

The free residential parking lot is accessible by:

  • Foot (12-15 minute walk)
  • Bike, via Zagster bike share (5-8 minutes) - students get free membership
  • Bus, service every 30 minutes via CET Routes 10, 11 and 12. Download the "Transit App" to get real-time bus arrival information on your phone
  • Safety Escort service is available through the Department of Public Safety for students who feel unsafe traveling between the off-site lot and residence hall after dark or during extreme weather
  • Shuttle service operates weekdays from November 2017 through March 2018

Resident Visitor Parking

During fee hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), guests of residents are subject to standard visitor parking policies.

On-campus parking is permitted for registered vehicles overnight (between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.) and on weekends. To avoid a citation, add your visitors' vehicle to your parking account at prior to their arrival. A maximum of two vehicles can be registered on any one students' account.
