On-Campus Resident Parking Permit
Resident students may purchase a parking permit for the 2024-2025 academic year or the fall/winter/spring terms. Permits are available in the HonkMobile app.
Permits will be available to all resident students for the Simpson Avenue parking lot for $130 per term.
If a resident would like to park in the Chandler-Century lot, they may request a monthly permit for $80 by emailing Parking Services. The student will be invited to join the permit group and input their license plate number online through Honk Mobile. This permit can be renewed monthly though Honk Mobile.
Residents may also purchase daily parking permits in the Honk Mobile app.
Hangtags
Each on-campus resident may obtain one parking hangtag for their personal vehicle at no cost from Parking Services. The parking hangtag allows a student to park in the Chandler lot overnight (5 p.m. to 10 a.m.), and on weekends and holidays. The hangtag enables a resident student to park until 10 a.m. on weekdays without being required to pay for a permit for the Chandler-Century lot. This provides flexibility for those students who have a long-term parking permit for the Simpson Avenue parking lot to park overnight near their front door and return their car to the Simpson lot the next morning during daylight hours, at no extra cost.
Resident Visitor Parking
Guests of residents are subject to standard visitor parking policies during fee hours (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Guests can pay for parking by the hour and day by scanning the QR codes throughout the parking lot and using Express Checkout through Honk Mobile. Additional permit purchase options include the kiosk located at the west end of Obsidian Hall or through the Passport Parking app. Either mobile payment app allow students to add guest vehicles to their app account and pay for their guest's parking.
No overnight parking is allowed for guests, without a valid hangtag. One hangtag is issued per resident student, per year. A replacement hangtag can be purchased for $25.
