Parking Permit

Resident students may purchase a parking permit for the 2019-2020 academic year for $90 per term or $270 for the fall/winter/spring terms. OSU-Cascades will evaluate the ability to offer this permit each academic year, based on parking demand and capacity. 

Permits will be available to all resident students on move-in day and during the first two weeks of the term. 

  1. Register your vehicle Online; do not pay during registration.
  2. Email parking@osucascades.edu to request a term ($90) or annual permit ($270, valid through June 2020). Parking Services will issue the permit and you will have 7 days to make payment.

You will receive an email after the permit is issued, then you can make an online payment.

  1. Login to your parking account at https://osuparking.lprpermit.com and click “my invoices” along the top horizontal menu
  2. Click the icon in the left-most column of the unpaid invoice table to “pay invoice.”
  3. The invoice will total $90 or $270. Click “pay” to go to a secure payment site operated by Touchnet.
  4. Input information for a one-time transaction, click “Continue” and confirm. 

Resident Visitor Parking

During fee hours (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), guests of residents are subject to standard visitor parking policies.

To avoid a citation during fee hours, your visitor can pay for parking by the hour and day at the kiosk located at the east end of Tykeson Hall.
