Affinity Groups
The Bridge serves as the home for seven brand new student-led Affinity Groups, each centered around different student identities. These groups give students an opportunity to actively engage in the planning and implementation of belonging related activities on campus, and are open to any OSU-Cascades student.
Who We Are
Affinity Groups are student-led communities that bring people together through shared identities, experiences, and interests while welcoming allies who want to learn and support. These groups create opportunities to build meaningful connections, develop leadership skills, celebrate culture and identity, and foster a greater sense of belonging on campus.
What We Do
Affinity Group Members shape their communities by planning heritage and history month programs, organizing social events, and creating opportunities for connection throughout the year. Through these experiences, members develop equitable leadership skills, collaborate with peers, and help foster welcoming spaces where students can engage, contribute, and build lasting relationships.

AAPI Affinity Group
Celebrate and honor the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Asian and Pacific Islander communities. The AAPI Affinity Group is a space to connect, learn, and uplift one another while fostering awareness, empowerment and belonging.
