  • You’ve considered all of the time and cost factors!

Now, you’re ready to apply!

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out the Cascades Research Approval Form.
  2. Email the completed form to your Research Mentor.
  3. Your Research Mentor approves the form and notifies your Academic Advisor. 
  4. You will receive an email from your Academic Advisor notifying you to register for research credits. 

Approval cannot be granted retroactively for research completed previously.
