Students will use a variety of accounts and tools while they are students at OSU-Cascades. Here is the information new students will need to create set up the various tools OSU students will use.
OSU Email (ONID)
Set up your OSU email account, also known as ONID Link is external:

- Be sure to save your ONID and password, you will use this for all OSU login access.
HINT: Don't miss any new info, check your OSU email throughout the summer!
OSU (ONID Gmail) email can also be accessed through your Google Apps for OSU Link is external.
Beaver Hub
Your one-stop hub for tools and resources Link is external that support your OSU experience. With Beaver Hub you can:
- Connect with advisors and other members of your Success Team
- Access information on your class schedule and assignments
- Track tasks that you need to complete and find other personalized content that supports your educational journey
- Quickly find offices and resources when you have questions or need assistance
- Locate resources and mark them as favorites to make the most out of your time at OSU
Zoom
Zoom OSU video meetings tool Link is external
Students will have Zoom account access directly for OSU. Using their ONID as a log-in sets the student up for Zoom session uses with advisors, tutoring, study groups and for classes.
Duo for Oregon State
Duo is a two-step login to protect your OSU account. Duo is required for confidential financial information. This includes direct deposit information, W-2’s and other forms containing Social Security number.
How do I enable two-step login?
