Book our residence hall for summer conferences and camps.
Conveniently located on campus, our residence hall provides comfortable accommodations and a community living experiencing for participants in overnight conferences and camps. We offer a range of lodging options from single rooms to apartments. All rooms have a private shared bath. Our residence hall offers community kitchens and lounges, laundry rooms, a fitness center, Wi-Fi and secure building and room access. You can bring your own linens and towels, or we can provide them at an additional charge.

- All non-OSU facility rentals require a signed Residential Conference Agreement before the reservation is confirmed.
- A 20% classroom discount is available for tax-exempt organizations. To receive this discount, qualifying organizations must submit proof of tax-exempt status at or before contract signing. Refer to the Tax-Exempt Organization Discount Requirements for details.
- Youth-serving organizations receive a 10% discount on all residential rooms.
- Reservations 8-14 days receive a 1% discount on all residential rooms, 2% for reservations 15-21 days, 3% for reservations 22+ days.
- A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted to OSU at or before contract signing. See the Certificate of Insurance Requirements for more information.
- All non-OSU affiliated events must comply with our Event Guidelines.

Catering
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are available in the Beaver Dam seven days a week. Meals are all-you-can-eat during the designated meal time, priced per person. There are standard and premium/athlete menus available. For more information, visit OSUcascades.edu/catering
Parking
