Audio Visual

All indoor meeting spaces include a projector and are Zoom ready. Technical support for additional event audio/visual needs is available for a flat fee/event.

Event Essentials

Event Essentials offers table clothes, center pieces, vases, directional signage and other equipment and decor items are available at no additional charge. Contact us for more information.

Parking

On-campus parking is available for up-to $5/day/vehicle plus a service fee. There is no fee for events that take place after hours (after 5 p.m.) or on weekends. The bulk purchase of parking for event attendees is available. Please contact events@osucascades.edu for more information.

Alcohol Policy

Service limited to beer, cider and wine only. No hard alcohol can be served. 

• Orders for alcohol must be submitted a minimum of 21 days prior to the event start date. 
• All alcohol service will not begin serving alcohol during university business hours, generally 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• All alcohol service requests must have a minimum guarantee, otherwise known as a base quantity, of 25 people or 1/3 of the total anticipated guest count, whichever is greater.
• Food must be included with all alcohol orders. Edge Catering must approve the menu and quantity of both food and alcohol, per OSU’s Alcohol Policy. Alcohol will not be available until food is served.
• Edge Catering reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person.

ADA Information

All campus buildings meet ADA accessibility guidelines. Indoor meeting spaces are accessible via elevators located on each floor, and outdoor spaces have limited accessibility depending on the season.
