Frequently Asked Questions
The guaranteed number of guests must be submitted on CaterTrax 10 days prior to your event. Special menus may require an earlier submission.
- Register an account with CaterTrax (link is external).
- Add an OSU-Internal Billing Code.
- Browse the menu and build your cart.
- Check out and select your event day(s) at least 10 days in advance.
- Confirm your order and you're all set!
Yes! You can request changes through CaterTrax. The catering manager will review and approve or deny your changes based on the request details.
