Study Grounds
Looking for a spot to recharge between classes, catch up with friends, or dive into your next study session? Study Grounds is your campus coffee stop, with cozy vibes, welcoming spaces, and the aroma of fresh coffee and baked goods greeting you at the door.
At Obsidian Hall, Study Grounds is your early-day go-to, perfect for grabbing a hot drink and a quick bite before class. Our Student Success Center location is paused for daily walk-up service this year, but the space is still part of Study Grounds: this term we're launching beverage service you can bring to your SSC event.
Our hours and offerings shift with the rhythm of students lives, because they’re shaped by students themselves. We’re proud to be student-run, giving our team real-world leadership opportunities and a chance to shape one of the most well-loved spots on campus. It’s more than a job; it’s a chance to make your mark on something that matters.
More than just a café, Study Grounds is part of the OSU-Cascades experience. From Trivia Nights and merch drops to casual meetups and late-day resets, it’s a place where connections happen, whether over espresso or a shared answer to a pop culture question.

Study Grounds at the Student Success Center

This term we're developing a reservation process that lets campus groups bring Study Grounds beverage service to their SSC events.
