  • Telephone support: Telecom can be reached by phone 541-737-HELP option 1 or telecom.customerservice@oregonstate.edu

  • Conference Room Support: 541-737-3806 for Zoom, Cisco, or Polycom conference support

  • Software available for faculty, staff, students, and public: softwarelist.oregonstate.edu

  • Canvas support for faculty can be reached by clicking on the Help icon (left side of screen).  Three options to choose from:

    • Chat with Canvas support for faculty

  • Learning Platform Services support for Canvas and integrated tools, including Kaltura, Turnitin, Gradescope, and Top Hat.
