The TRIO Student Support Services Tutoring Program mission is to enhance the academic experience by teaching students to identify and work toward realistic academic goals, become independent learners and improve academic performance.
Some of the most common subjects we provide tutors for include:
- Math
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Organic Chemistry
- Physics
Tutoring services are free for all TRIO SSS participants. Location of the tutoring sessions are done in person or via zoom. These sessions are primarily conducted on a one-on-one basis, although group tutoring is also an option. After you request a tutor, one of the tutors will contact you to arrange a tutoring schedule that is convenient for both of you.
