PRESIDENT
Whitney McFarlane
Hello, my name is Whitney McFarlane, and I am the President of ASCC. This is my third year going into the Associated Students of Cascades Campus and I absolutely love it. I am double majoring in Political and Social Science with a focus on law and society. I grew up in Southern California, however, I absolutely love the rain and snow. Some of my hobbies include sewing, hiking, traveling, and cooking. My time in Bend has shown me how unique OSU-Cascades is and has grown my passion for student involvement and inclusion. I am extremely passionate about being an advocate for all students and I look forward to making a difference in student life on campus.

Hello, my name is Adam Nickerson, and I'm the Director of Legislative Affairs. I am a 2nd year majoring in Political Science and minoring in Communications. I was born and raised in Beaverton. I joined Student Government because I want to make a different at OSU-Cascades. As a political science major, you can probably guess government is a passion of mine. But an even stronger passion I have is helping people and being of service. I'm looking forward to lobbying and ensuring our school gets the money it needs to continue growing and prospering.
DIRECTOR OF ADVOCACY
ASHLIN LEISER
Hi! My name is Ashlin Leiser and I'm the Director of Student Advocacy. I'm majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences, with a minor in Natural Resources. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I came to OSU-Cascades because I liked the small classes and campus. I also like that Mt. Bachelor is close, so I started learning how to snowboard. My hobbies are snowboarding, camping, and hiking. I joined Student Government because I wanted to help create and expand resources for students and I'm passionate about student voices.
DIRECTOR OF STUDENT AFFINITY EXPERIENCES
SAMIERA MASON
My name is Samiera Mason, and I'm the Director of Student Affinity Experiences. I'm majoring in Psychology with a double minor in Political Science and Human Development and Family Sciences. Hi, my name is Alexander Sahlstrom and I'm the Vice Chair of the Student Fee Committee. I'm a second year student at OSU-Cascades majoring in Computer Science. I originated from the other side of the Cascades, in the city of Beaverton. I ended up at OSU-Cascades because of its proximity to the outdoors. I enjoy going for hikes, skiing, and mountain biking. Another draw for me was the small campus size and how tight-knit the community is. I joined SFC because I wanted to have a hand in helping the growth of our campus.
