Parking

Parking is free on all campus parking lots for this event. Some lots require a permit. Check below for your designated lot.

Leave early, allow extra time for travel.

 

Graduates & Platform Party Parking

CHANDLER LOT - 1500 SW Chandler Ave

  • Guests will enter via the east entrance to campus on Innovation Way (the roundabout with the Beaver logo on Century Drive)
  • Display hang-tag permit on rear view mirror. One tag provided to each graduate. 

 

Family, Guest & ADA Parking

Innovation Way Entrance (roundabout at Century Drive/Innovation Way)

  • All guests will enter via the east entrance to campus on Innovation Way (the roundabout with the Beaver logo on Century Drive)
  • Upon entry, parking attendants will direct you:
    • SIMPSON LOT -  (Family & Guest Parking)
    • INNOVATION DISTRICT LOT - (ADA)

  • Golf cart transport to the event site for guests needing assistance will be available in the Innovation District lot.

  • Look for the tent at the entrance to the lot for golf cart pick up and drop off.

  • DMV-issued Disabled Person permit must be visible.

 

Faculty and Staff Parking

DESIGNATED PRIVATE LOT OR SIDE STREETS - There is NO employee parking in either the Simpson or Chandler parking lots.

  • Employees assigned to work the event will receive a parking permit to park in a private, designated lot in the business community adjacent to campus. Display permit on your dashboard.
  • Faculty and staff attending the event as guests are advised to park on area side streets.
