Todd Montgomery

Todd Montgomery has over 23 years of experience in the development, implementation and training of new technology.  During his career, Montgomery has worked with several Fortune 500 companies including Hyatt, Starwood, Disney, and Avis. In that role, he led the design and implementation of several multimillion-dollar software initiatives.

Jeff Gautschi

Dr. Gautschi received his doctorate while studying marine natural products from sponge and deep-water, marine-derived fungal species from Papua New Guinea.  Dr. Gautschi then joined Bend Research Inc. as a research scientist working on drug discovery, drug delivery, and business development projects. He later helped start Agere Pharmaceuticals in 2009 as their first employee, becoming Director of Research and Development in 2011. Dr. Gautschi joined OSU in the fall of 2012.

Catherine Denson-Hill

Cate Hill was born and raised in Oregon, but has lived in Colorado and Mexico as well. She has been an adjunct professor in the MAT program at OSU-Cascades since the 2005-06 school year and has worked with Bend-La Pine Schools for over 23 years as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, ELL teacher, and currently as an instructional coach/professional developer for the ELL department.

She is passionate about education and helping the next generation of teachers to succeed with a diverse population of learners.

Christine Pollard

Christine Pollard is OSU-Cascades' senior associate dean. She is the chief academic officer and second-in-command for the campus. A professor of kinesiology and the founding director of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, she joined OSU-Cascades in 2011 to develop and lead the kinesiology program.

Elizabeth Marino

Elizabeth Marino is the associate dean for academic affairs and an associate professor of anthropology and sustainability at Oregon State University - Cascades. She is interested in the relationships among climate change, vulnerability, slow and rapid onset disasters, human migration, and sense of place. Her research focuses on how historically and socially constructed vulnerabilities interact with climate change and disasters – including disaster policy, biophysical outcomes of disasters and climate change, and disaster discourses.
