ID cards should last for approximately four years without the need for replacement.

Please do not punch holes in your ID card or otherwise damage the magnetic strip or barcode.

Lost and Found ID Cards

Lost or stolen ID cards should be immediately reported to the OSU-Cascades Public Safety to protect your card account from unauthorized use. Any use of funds before an ID card is reported lost/stolen will be the responsibility of the cardholder.
