Returning students who live on campus next year will receive $900 off their housing bill for 2018-2019.

For Fall 2018 Applicants

  • Get $900 off: Second year and above students who live on campus next year will receive $900 off their housing bill for 2018-19.*
  • Dining Plan: When you return to campus, you'll continue to receive our discount (10 percent) on food purchases. Plus, any unused meal plan dollars from this year will roll over to next year!
  • Online Housing Application: Available on Feb. 1, 2018 at 2 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • Deadlines: See what the dates are for room selection as well as the cancellation deadline.

*An additional $50 contract signing fee will be charged to your student account.
*Discount will be applied to student accounts once per academic term in the amount of $300. If a student moves out of the halls midterm/year and breaks their contract this discount is forfeited.

Second Year and Above Community

All floors and room types are open to sophomore-level and above students. However, many choose to live in single-occupancy rooms with a private bathroom, or with other upper-division students in apartment-style suites in the Sophomore and Above Community on the 4th floor.

Flexible Dining Plans

In addition to apartment-style suites with kitchenettes and a kitchen on every floor, you’ll be steps away from the Beaver Dam cafe in our campus dining center. The Beaver Dam features a variety of made-to-order foods, from grain bowls to personal pizzas.
