All students are eligible for on-campus housing. The housing application will ask you questions about yourself and your living and dining preferences to help determine your best fit for on-campus housing. Register Your ONID Account
Once you have been admitted (including students enrolled in the Degree Partnership Program) you’ll receive an Oregon Network ID (ONID) account. Your ONID serves as your university email address and as a log-in credential for university services.
Go to the ONID website to activate your account; select “Sign Up for ONID” on the left hand side.

Log into the myHousing Portal
- Students admitted to OSU-Cascades will see a link to the OSU-Cascades housing application at the top of the page
- If you do not see this link, you can find it the link titled "Apply: Cascades (Bend)" in the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
- Select the OSU-Cascades housing application that is relevant to the term for which you are living on campus.
- Review our application dates to see when the housing application will be available.
- Complete your application
- You may return to the application multiple times to adjust your responses. Take your time and be sure to ready your contract thoroughly before signing.

Pay your Advance Tuition Deposit committing to OSU-Cascades.
Get ready to join Beaver Nation
All students new to the OSU-Cascades campus are required to complete New Student Onboarding.
Students must sign their housing contract in order to participate in roommate search and receive a housing placement.
Room assignments are announced at the end of July.
