On-campus living provides you the greatest opportunity for academic success and enjoyment at OSU-Cascades. Summer residents enjoy many opportunities for recreation in the Bend area. Free high-speed internet connections, all utilities and laundry included, and proximity to all campus resources are significant advantages over off-campus housing.
General Information
- Summer residents live on the first floor of the residence hall only.
- Student who are registered for both Spring and Fall term classes are eligible to live in the residence hall for the entirety of the summer, even if they are not enrolled in summer classes.
- All summer residents are required to have a summer session dining plan of $50/week charged based on session period.
- Accessible rooms are available, please register with DAS and complete the Housing Disability Accommodation Request.
- During summer terms, there are typically 3-week, 4-week, 8-week, or 11-week sessions to choose from in the summer housing contract. These sessions correspond with class schedules. They are as follows:
- Session 1 (11 weeks): June 22, 2024 through September 6, 2024
- Session 2 (4 weeks): June 22, 2024 through July 19, 2024
- Session 3 (8 weeks): June 22, 2024 through August 16, 2024
- Session 4 (4 weeks): July 20, 2024 through August 16, 2024
- Session 5 (3 weeks): August 17, 2024 through September 6, 2024

Summer Housing Rates
During the summer we offer double rooms with both private and shared bathrooms as well as a limited number of single rooms* with both private and shared bathrooms.
