Each room is furnished with a bed, 2 dressers, desk, desk drawers, and chair per student, and a shared built-in closet.
Desks
Desks provided offer a working space that is 46" wide x 30" tall x 24" deep. There is a total clearance under the desk of 28".

Desk Drawers
There are 2 medium drawers and 1 large drawer. The desks are movable and each furnished with a chair.

Beds
The beds provided are movable and stackable. They can be adjusted to have a clearance underneath of 27.5", 21.5", or 8.5". With an additional loft kit, the beds can be adjusted to have a clearance of 69" or 58.5". The mattresses are extra-long twin.

Dressers
The dressers provided are movable and stackable. Each resident will have 2 dressers with 2 drawers and the dimensions are: 20" tall x 20" deep x 30" wide.

Closets (triple rooms only)
One extra closet is provided in each triple room in addition to the built-in closets. Theses closets are moveable and 36" wide x 24" deep x 72" tall.
